He has the most beautiful blue eyes. He looks a lot like his dad, but there is something about him that resembles his mom too. The big forehead, his chin, nostrils maybe?

His big sister says he has elf ears. I have to agree. He DOES have funny looking ears, though his daddy doesn't see it!

BUT, his spirit, his soul has touched mine. I admit it. I never believed there would be another man that I would love this much.

Yet, little Stephen Chase has indeed stolen my heart. I can't get enough of him!

While I hope (for HIS sake) he does not become a Mama's boy, there is a part of me that knows he is.

Life has a way of biting you in the butt. Are you laughing now? You guessed it. I am a victim. I am the mother of a son. He has stolen my heart.

I love my daughters (all 3 of them) with everything I am. But like they say, a daughter is a daughter for the rest of your life, a son is a son until he takes a wife.

BUT, they also say...you can tell A LOT about a man by the way he treats his mother. He will treat his wife the same way he treats his mom. I can vouch for that (having been married before, GASP...side note, my hubby Steve treats his Mama VERY WELL, one reason I fell in love with him!).

Here he is, our little Stephen Chase. 2 months old, and has stolen ALL our hearts!
